Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required upon registration. Stripe is our payments provider, which accepts all major credit cards from most countries.

Cancellations received before Nov 8, 2024 will be processed and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between November 20 and November 27, 2024 will be processed, and you will receive a full refund if we are able to find a replacement team. Cancellations received after November 27, 2024 will not receive any refund.
