Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required upon registration. Stripe is our payments provider, which accepts all major credit cards from most countries.

Cancellations received before May 5, 2025 will be processed and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 5 and May 19, 2025 will be processed, and you will receive a full refund if we are able to find a replacement team. Cancellations received after May 19, 2025 will be processed, but you will not receive any refund.

If for any unforseen issues (weather, equipment failure at the venue, etc) a full refund including transaction fees will be refunded

And if you are already signed up for Balance league make sure to sign up for Doubles League at a discount. 

Leagues

We will be having our Balanced League this year on Sundays with games between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.

Games start on January 12th. Make sure to navgiate to our available leagues under "Curling -> Leagues" at the top. Or Click Here to be directed to it.

Be sure to sign up while there are still spaces available. 

Membership

2024-2025 Member is now available.

These memberships are required to participate in league play.

• Junior Membership (Must be under 18 years of age)
