• Maximum of 3 GSMCC Teams
• Teams Will be selected via a random lottery
• Any team with 3 or more GSMCC members is considered a GSMCC team

COVID-19

As of December 31, 2022, there is no longer any special COVID-19 requirements in place for our club.

However, our Health and Safety Committee strongly encourages you not to attend this event and to find a replacement if you are feeling unwell.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required upon registration. Stripe is our payments provider, which accepts all major credit cards from most countries.

Cancellations received before May 12, 2023 will be processed and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 12 and May 26, 2023 will be processed, and you will receive a full refund if we are able to find a replacement team. Cancellations received after May 26, 2023 will be processed, but you will not receive any refund.
