It is with great regret that due to unforeseen complications beyond our Club's control, we find ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to cancel the 2023 Rocky Top Bonspiel.
The ongoing maintenance at our arena will not be completed in the timeframe previously expected. The recent turn of events has taken us by surprise as much as it would you.
Given these circumstances, we are left with no other choice but to cancel the event. We understand how much anticipation and preparation you must have put into this, and for that, we deeply apologize. The attendees of RTO 2023 have already been notified and they shall be issued a full refund.
Our bonspiel committee is as heartbroken as you must be with this abrupt change, but please understand that our primary concern has always been to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. Unfortunately, this time, circumstances have not allowed us to do so.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this unexpected cancellation may cause, and we deeply regret any disruption to your plans. It is our hope that this unfortunate incident will not tarnish your perception of our club.
