Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is required upon registration. Stripe is our payments provider, which accepts all major credit cards from most countries.
Cancellation policy is as defined on the event.
Spirit of Curling and Code of Conduct
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you will abide by the GSMCC code of conduct while curling in any GSMCC event.
GSMCC Event Code of Conduct:
- Respect for Others: All attendees are expected to treat others with respect, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Inappropriate Advances: Inappropriate advances, including but not limited to physical contact, sexual harassment, and unwanted attention, will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal from the event.
- Sportsmanship: Attendees are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and show respect for the rules and traditions of the spirit of curling. Unsportsmanlike conduct, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Consequences: Consequences for violating this code of conduct may range from a warning to immediate removal from the event, and/or referral to local authorities dependent on the severity of the infraction.
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience at our event. By following this code of conduct, we can ensure that all attendees are treated with respect and that everyone is able to enjoy the event in a positive and inclusive environment.
