Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required upon registration. Stripe is our payments provider, which accepts all major credit cards from most countries.

Cancellations received before May 5, 2026 will be processed and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 5 and May 19, 2026 will be processed, and you will receive a full refund if we are able to find a replacement team. Cancellations received after May 19, 2026 will be processed, but you will not receive any refund.

If for any unforseen issues (weather, equipment failure at the venue, etc) a full refund including transaction fees will be refunded
